1. Overview
This Payment & Refund Policy governs all financial transactions on the GetGrahak platform, operated by GetG Technology Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “GetGrahak,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By registering on the platform, purchasing a subscription plan, or adding funds to your GetGrahak Wallet, you expressly agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
GetGrahak operates as a B2B lead marketplace connecting verified customers seeking services with registered service professionals (“Partners”). All monetary transactions — including plan subscriptions, wallet top-ups, and lead purchases — are subject to this Policy.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
GetGrahak accepts payments through the following channels via Razorpay:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Debit Cards and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, and other Razorpay-supported wallets)
- EMI options (subject to bank eligibility and Razorpay availability)
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. GetGrahak does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
2.2 Subscription Plans
GetGrahak offers tiered subscription plans — FREE, Lite, Pro, and Elite — billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Plan details, pricing, and included Wallet Credits are as communicated on the platform at the time of purchase and are subject to change with prior notice.
- Wallet Credits: Subscription payments include Wallet Credits that are credited to your GetGrahak Wallet upon successful payment and can be used to purchase leads on the platform.
- Slot Booking: A non-refundable slot booking fee of ₹99 may be charged to reserve a plan at a specific price. This fee is adjusted against the final plan amount upon completion of payment within the stipulated timeframe.
- Yearly Plans: Yearly subscriptions are billed as a single annual payment and offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
2.3 GetGrahak Wallet
The GetGrahak Wallet is an in-app credit balance used exclusively for purchasing leads on the platform.
- Wallet Credits have no monetary value outside the GetGrahak platform and cannot be transferred to any bank account or external payment instrument.
- Wallet Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
- Credits added via subscription plans are non-transferable between accounts.
- Top-up credits added directly to the Wallet (outside of subscription) are governed by the same terms.
The GetGrahak Wallet is a closed-loop system. Funds deposited into the Wallet — whether via subscription or direct top-up — cannot be withdrawn as cash under any circumstances, except as expressly provided under the Money Back Guarantee terms in Section 4.
2.4 Lead Pricing
The cost of each lead (Cost Per Lead / CPL) varies by service category, geography, and demand, as displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. Lead prices are subject to change. Subscription plan holders may receive discounts on lead prices as per their active plan tier.
3. General Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: Refunds are NOT applicable as a general rule. All payments made toward subscription plans, slot bookings, Wallet top-ups, or lead purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly covered under Sections 4 or 5 of this Policy.
By making any payment on the GetGrahak platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Subscription fees (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once the plan is activated and Wallet Credits have been disbursed.
- Slot booking fees (₹99) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Direct Wallet top-up amounts are non-refundable and non-withdrawable.
- Lead costs deducted from your Wallet are non-refundable except under the specific criteria defined in Section 5 (Lead Cost Refund Policy).
- Downgrades, early cancellations, or non-usage of a plan do not entitle the user to a pro-rated or partial refund.
- Change of mind, switching categories, or business discontinuation are not grounds for a refund.
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, you must raise it with our support team at support@getgrahak.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this window will not be entertained.
4. Money Back Guarantee (Select Categories Only)
4.1 Applicability
GetGrahak extends a Money Back Guarantee on subscription payments for select service categories only. This guarantee is not universally applicable to all categories. The categories eligible for the Money Back Guarantee are explicitly marked as such on the platform at the time of purchase.
Eligibility for the Money Back Guarantee is subject to all the conditions listed in Section 4.2. Failure to meet any single condition disqualifies the claim entirely.
4.2 Eligibility Conditions
All of the following conditions must be simultaneously satisfied to be eligible for a Money Back Guarantee claim:
Condition 1 — Category Eligibility
- Your registered service category must be explicitly designated as a Money Back Guarantee category on the GetGrahak platform at the time of your subscription purchase.
Condition 2 — Active Account Status
- Your GetGrahak account must be in active and good standing throughout the entire 60-day guarantee period.
- Active status means:
- No account suspension, ban, or warning issued by GetGrahak during the period.
- Profile is complete, verified, and published (LIVE status on the platform).
- Full KYC documentation submitted and approved.
- Lead Matching Score maintained at 70% or above throughout the period.
Condition 3 — Minimum Lead Purchase Requirement
- You must have purchased a minimum of 20 leads and a maximum of 40 leads within the 60-day guarantee period, using your GetGrahak Wallet balance.
- Lead purchases below 20 or above 40 within the period will automatically disqualify the claim.
- Leads must have been genuinely engaged with — documented attempts to contact each lead must be demonstrable.
Condition 4 — No Conversion in 60 Days
- You must not have converted any GetGrahak lead into a paying client within the 60-day guarantee period.
- A conversion is defined as any financial transaction, booking confirmation, or service agreement entered into with a customer sourced via the GetGrahak platform.
- Self-reported non-conversion is subject to verification by GetGrahak.
Condition 5 — Timely Claim Submission
- The refund claim must be submitted within the 60-day guarantee window. Claims submitted after the completion of 60 days from the date of subscription activation will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4.3 Time Limit — STRICT 60-Day Window
NO REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED UNDER THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AFTER 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION — regardless of category, plan type, or circumstances. This time limit is absolute and non-negotiable.
The 60-day window:
- Begins on the date your subscription plan is activated (not the date of purchase, if different).
- Ends at 23:59 IST on the 60th calendar day from the activation date.
- Is not extended for any reason, including platform downtime, disputes under review, or delays in claim submission.
4.4 Refund Amount & Mode
- If all eligibility conditions are met and the claim is approved, GetGrahak will refund the subscription fee paid (excluding any leads purchased, slot booking fees, or taxes).
- Refunds are credited to the original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI ID) via Razorpay within 7–14 business days of claim approval.
- GetGrahak reserves the right to deduct the cost of leads purchased from the refund amount if the refund is processed as a net settlement.
4.5 Claim Process
- Email support@getgrahak.com with subject line: “Money Back Guarantee Claim — [Your Registered Mobile Number]”
- Attach: Proof of lead engagement attempts (call logs, WhatsApp screenshots, or platform activity records).
- GetGrahak will verify eligibility within 5–7 business days.
- Upon approval, the refund is initiated to the original payment source within 7–14 business days.
- Rejected claims will be communicated with reasons. No further appeal is available once a claim is reviewed and rejected.
5. Lead Cost Refund Policy
5.1 Scope
Lead costs deducted from your GetGrahak Wallet are non-refundable as a general rule. However, GetGrahak acknowledges that invalid or junk leads may occasionally occur. A limited Lead Cost Refund mechanism exists to protect Partners against verifiably invalid leads.
Lead cost refunds, where applicable, are credited ONLY to the Partner’s GetGrahak Wallet. No cash refund, bank transfer, or credit to any external payment instrument will be issued for lead costs under any circumstances.
5.2 Eligible Grounds for Lead Cost Refund (Wallet Credit Only)
A lead cost refund to the GetGrahak Wallet may be considered ONLY in the following specific scenarios:
Ground A — Denied Enquiry
- The customer explicitly denies having submitted any enquiry or request for the service in question.
- Supporting evidence (e.g., documented communication with the customer) must be submitted.
Ground B — Invalid or Unreachable Contact
- The phone number provided in the lead is switched off, does not exist, is out of service, or is otherwise permanently unreachable.
- Temporary network unavailability does NOT qualify. The number must be verifiably non-functional across multiple attempts over at least 24 hours.
Ground C — Major Budget Mismatch
- The customer’s actual stated budget is significantly lower than the budget indicated in the lead. A major mismatch is defined as a variance of more than 50% below the stated lead budget.
- Example: Lead indicates a budget of ₹15,000–₹20,000 but the customer states their budget is ₹2,000–₹3,000. This qualifies.
- Example: Lead indicates a budget of ₹15,000 but the customer states ₹11,000–₹12,000. This does NOT qualify — minor variances are within normal commercial negotiation range.
5.3 Conditions for Lead Cost Refund
In addition to falling under an eligible ground, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Reporting Window: The invalid lead must be reported within 48 hours of the lead being shared with you. Reports submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.
- Reporting Channel: Use the in-app lead reporting feature or email support@getgrahak.com with the lead ID and evidence.
- No Prior Contact Conversion: You must not have had any productive commercial engagement with the customer prior to or after the lead was received.
- Evidence Required: Documentary evidence (screenshots, call logs) supporting the claim must be submitted along with the report.
- Account in Good Standing: Your account must not have any active warnings, suspensions, or policy violations at the time of the report.
5.4 Review & Credit Process
- GetGrahak will review the reported lead within 24–48 business hours of submission.
- If the claim is approved, the lead cost will be credited to your GetGrahak Wallet within 24 hours of approval.
- Wallet credits issued under this policy can be used immediately to purchase a replacement lead.
- GetGrahak’s decision on lead refund eligibility is final. No cash equivalent or external transfer will be made.
Frequent or pattern-based lead refund claims may be flagged for review and could result in account-level action if deemed to be misuse of the refund mechanism.
5.5 Non-Qualifying Scenarios
The following situations do NOT qualify for any lead cost refund, even if the lead appears unsatisfactory:
- Customer was reachable but declined to proceed after discussion.
- Customer was already approached by a competitor.
- Lead location or timing was inconvenient for the Partner.
- Partner did not respond to the lead within the platform’s recommended response window.
- Customer did not answer calls but is reachable (voicemail active, call rings through).
- Minor budget or expectation mismatch that falls within normal commercial variance.
- Dissatisfaction with lead quality based on personal preference or outcome.
6. Taxes
All prices on the GetGrahak platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable as per Indian tax law will be levied on all transactions and reflected in the invoice/receipt issued to you. GST paid is non-refundable in all circumstances.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Partners may cancel their subscription renewal at any time via account settings or by contacting support. However:
- Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the Partner to a refund of any amount already paid for the current active billing period.
- Wallet Credits already disbursed as part of the cancelled subscription remain available until used or until account closure.
- Auto-renewal cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the renewal date to take effect for that cycle.
8. Fraud, Misuse & Chargeback Policy
GetGrahak takes financial integrity seriously. Any attempt to misuse the refund mechanism, manipulate lead purchase data, or file fraudulent claims will result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the GetGrahak account.
- Forfeiture of all Wallet Credits and subscription benefits.
- Legal action under applicable Indian law, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Penal Code.
In the event of a payment gateway chargeback initiated by a Partner without first raising a formal dispute with GetGrahak, we reserve the right to suspend access to the platform immediately and pursue recovery of the disputed amount along with applicable chargeback fees. All chargeback disputes must first be raised with us at support@getgrahak.com before initiating any bank or card dispute.
9. Policy Changes
GetGrahak reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Payment & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via:
- In-app notification on the GetGrahak platform.
- Email to the registered email address on file.
- Updated policy page at getgrahak.com/refund-policy.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform.
